How can I cheer up poorly 3 year old?

My DS has terrible cough and just exhausted she does not want to do anything at the moment, she stares at me with a blank expression looking slightly confused at why she feels so bad, I really want to cheer her up a bit she wont eat and only sips juice, she is asleep at the minute on her duvet on her bedroom floor, I am not sure why she is lying on the floor she didn't fall out her bed LOL. Any ideas?

Poor little thing - she's probably fed up with being in bed. Let her sleep for now - she might like you to join her (maybe not on the floor!)

Perhaps later she might like a 'tent' or 'nest' to rest in if she still doesn't feel up to much.
