Hi,

I have been asked to keep a food diary as i am a Coeliac and still not 100% since coming off gluten and wheat filled foods. {+3yrs now Confused}

The question i forgot to ask was how detailed to keep it. Should i put times of when i eat food and times i go to the loo? eg
8.00am Toast with jam + juice
9.30am Cookie
12.00noon Ham Sandwich and crisps + juice
13.00pm loo - normal/loose etc
Or just a list of food i've eaten in the day?
I think the 1st but dont want to be to detailed if not needed if you know what i mean.......I hope u know what i mean anyway Grin

Thanks

Yes I would because sure as egge is eggs the next question will be about toilet habits,no harm done if it's not.

I'd keep a full log - my DS is coeliac and he cannot tolerate maltodextrin at all - 2 hours later on the dot hes on the loo ! I only tracked this by keeping a full log ....
