Soft (non-balm) tissues?

Can anyone recommend some very soft tissues, but not with balm or anything like that? 13 m.o. DS has a continuously runny nose at the moment but has eczema between his nose & lip so I don't want to add any chemicals to the skin.

If I don't keep wiping his nose, he rubs his face all over things (me) and irritates his eczema even more.

When I had a very runny nose and sensitive skin - due to medical treatment - I found the best things were soft cotton handkerchiefs - obviously you need a supply as some will always be in the wash - but I found them the gentlest thing.

Hmm, we do have some hankies, so I'll perhaps give that a try. Thanks! :)
