Personal Trainer

I've never had a personal trainer before, but am thinking seriously about it - 2 questions for people:

1:Are they worth it? Will they actually make me more likely to excercise and excercise more effectively?

2: Has anyone used this company (www.tiptoken.co.uk) I came across an offer for personal training at £20 per sess if you book this week. Has anyone used them before? They say the personal trainer comes to you etc...

Any help would be really appreciated!

I've had a personal trainer and he was excellent at motivating me to exercise. I had to stop because i was unwell but am considering engaging him or another again. Only thing that stops me is the cost.
