Blood test advice??!!

Do you think it's acceptable/ safe to go to the gym two hours after having blood taken for a test?

It should be - they don't take very much blood usually, so I shouldn't think you'd faint or anything.Smile

how much did they take. if its onlt a few tubes cant see any problem

It should just be a few tubes for hormones and CA125 markers. It's not like I'm giving a pint for donation when I absolutely would not go to the gym!

Will ask the nurse when I see her today, perhaps I could go but only do CV work and leg weights?
