By the way saf don't the council have to prioritise you for work because you've got a child? When I lived in quarters, having a child counted as being vulnerable so you got shoved to the top of the list for work etc...?

Yeah that's the beauty of not owning! One plus side I guess! So this useless guy who keeps coming out, will they not send someone else if you complained? If our stuff didn't get fixed they used to knock money off your rent. Hot water is pretty important, would they fix you up with somewhere if they didn't fix it within so long? I think that's the only reason defence housing was any good; they didn't want to have to pay out!
