Congested bloody nose/mucus

Am 18 weeks pg and I had , bloody congested sinuses last time. I don't have the pain though. I had to have anti b's and nasal spray last time. I am keen to avoid that tbh as anti b's give me terrible thrush Blush
Even though everytime I am assured that these specific ones don't. They blooming well do!
What do you think?
As long as I'm not in any pain and continue to use the saline nasal spray, it should go by itself? Am quite far away from the Doctors and midwife so don't want to go unless I have to.
Obviously if it got worse I would, no question.
TIA

My sinuses killed me during pg - I'm not looking forward to it next time round. I feel for you.

Best not to use anti-bs too often in my book, and I agree, if you are not in pain, then why not keep plugging away with the nasal spray?

Also, Otrivine is ok for pg women as it is site-specific (acts only on the mucous membranes) so does not effect the baby. It's very good for alleviating sinus congestion if you get fed up of the ol' "I want to stick a coathanger up my nose and clear it ALL out" sensation!

Thank you for replying! So the blood thing is ok?
Yep I think I'll stick to the saline spray and try my best to avoid coat hangers. Blooming sinuses!
