Is there anything that you can do to stop limb spasms? (not sure if that is the right term - you know that thing where, you are lying in bed, minding you own business, and somehow the relxing makes your limbs do funny things like fly off to the side or shake for a minute of two, kind of like the falling thing but only one bit of your body)
I occaisionally get nights wear I hardly sleep because every time I'm about to drop off, an arm shoots up in the air or a leg starts shaking about. Doesn't happen very often these days (used to happen more when I worked nights- I think it is a lack of sleep and physical work thing) but when it does it is very annoying! It is almost like I am stopping concentrating on my limbs so they decide to work off any sprains themselves.
