I was diagnosed whilst pregnant with my youngest in 2005 (at 27) and just wondered if anyone else has it, and how they are coping living with it and their 3 monthly B12 injections ??

Thanks, Dianna x

Yes there are a few people about with it
I have jabs every 6 weeks

How are you doing?

Evizza · 16/02/2011 17:16

How did you persuade your gp to allow that ? I have tried so hard to get more frequent jabs as I am so tired and drained for 4 weeks before it's due, but my doctor keeps insisting that every 12 weeks is adequate to keep me alive Angry

So glad to speak to somebody else with PA Smile

I told the GP that the haematology (sp?) team were happy with it

Have you had your levels checked at all?

The PA Society may have some useful info but I haven't looked at their site in ages
