Sounds like the flu bug that is going around to me...

I had those symptoms for about three weeks before Christmas, feeling "crampy" sick, tired and the headaches, then just in time for Christmas the "bug" properly hit and had full blown flu for about 4/5 days.

Bad news is, it takes about another 3 weeks to work it's way out of your system, but then you feel so much better and realise that you have been ill for that length of time - and struggling, not because you are being rubbish about motivating yourself, but have been suffering with an illness!!

mum of three, so can sympathise!! as difficult as it is try to rest a bit more!!

Hope you feel better soon xx
