Hi everyone

I just want to ask here if there is anything I can do about the fact that I am tired all of the time, I could literally sleep the clock round given the chance. I know I'm not lazy but I literally dont have the energy for anything. I do suffer from depression but I think I have always felt this way and I hate it. I saw a web download for some book to teach me how not to be tired, but is it really going to work and I dont want to waste $39 dont know how much that is in pounds. I have had bloods done before and they always show I'm not anemic although the last ones were done four years ago I think. Please is there something that works a book, or lifestyle change, supplement, routine anything I will try anything to get over this.

tooodlepip - I sympathise. I'm a right sleepyhead most of the time. I know that for me the thing that works best is exercise. I go running three times a week - haven't been going so much lately and i find myself totally wiped out. You could give it a try.
