keloid scarring from 2 c-section's now playing up...

Apologies if TMI but I suffer from quite prominent keloid scarring and lately my c-section scar has become quite tender and slightly itchy (more than usual) and when I had look this morning I seem to have a few ingrown hairs in the scar, this was never the case after dc1! Blush

Is this normal? Anyone else suffer from keloid scarring? Do I need to see my GP? Other than cutting the keloid out (not ideal!) what can they do?

Thanks

I recommend Contractubex. Crunch into your CS scar morning and evening (I counted to a hundred each time). It worked wonders for me in two weeks.

Thanks CoteDAzur looks good, can I ask did it reduce the size of the keloid? where can I get it? do I need a prescription? Thanks again

I have no idea how you would get it in the UK, sorry.

No problem, I've found it on ebay! Thanks again.

I hope it works for you as well as it has worked for me.
