Have been suffering for the past week with fluttering in chest, headaches, thirst and tiredness. And seem very iritable (according to my ds-s Sad). Symptoms have been coming and going, but today hit me hard. DH is packing me off to see the gp tomorrow, but was wondering if this sounds to you that I might be having problems with my thyroid again (have hashimoto's hypothyroidism)?
I will ask for a thyroid test tomorrow (I am due one anyway, i think), but was wondering if I should have other things checked out too.
Don't think I have lst/gained any weight.Don't have any chest pains, but it just seems my heart is rumbling now and then.

sounds like classic thyroid trouble to me.

thanks for the replies. Saw the gp today who has referred me for ECG and bloods tomorrow. He also thought thyroid trouble, but wants to exclude other causes like diabetes.
He warned me to go straight to A&E should I get chestpains.
