Started feeling unwell yesterday, muscles in my legs were killing me and had to stay in bed all afternoon. Feeling more than exhausted. Got up this morning and felt the same. I have been to the toilet about5/6 times today to do number 2. I have no diarrhea but it was a lot. THen an hour I started vomiting, bout 4times so far. I have no fever. Is it possible to have a stomach infection without fever?
