Folliculitis - anyone else got this?

Hi - I've been experiencing folliculitis on my legs (mostly above the knees) for 2 weeks now. 5 days of antibiotics didn't help, and I'm now on a cream which doesn't seem to affect it much either. The itching is driving me completely mad and wakes me up at night! I'm now 30 weeks. Has anyone else had this, and if so, have you found anything that helps? Thanks!

My DD gets this, due t her having terrible eczema.
We usually have a course of antibiotcs and some Trimovate cream. Occasionally we use Bactroban ointment in her nose too, germs that cause folliculitis can lurk there apparently.
The Trimovate is usually effective as I only use oral antibiotics as a last resort.
I bath her in salt water when its bad. She hates it though
Not scratching is key as by scratching you are spreading the bacteria around.

I would see the Dr again if its not clearing as it can spread around the skin.
