Exercising your body for the good of your head - join me?

Does anyone want to join me in a support thread?

I need to get moving for the good of my mental health - not to lose weight, or get fit, or socialise (although those things would be nice :) ) but to get some of those magical endorphins and calming whatevers that I keep hearing about.

So, nothing scary, no weighing, no minimums, no failiures to worry about or even going out if we don't want to, but lets encourage each other to, you know, blow out the cobwebs and move our arses a bit :)

You don't need to tell us why you are here, you might just be a bit bored, you might be seriously unwell, you might just want to gee yourself up a bit before starting a "proper" training routine, what matters is that you want to try moving a bit to help yourself cheer up/calm down/generally straighten out your head a bit.

I'll start - today I went outside with the kids for a half hour walk, and once they are in bed I'm going to look up some yoga on the internet and give that a try - can anyone recommend anything?
