Cold and flu remedies while bf

I have a stinking cold, primarily a blocked/runny nose, sore throat and headache. I've been taking paracetelmol but have avoided decongestants as, according to the NHS site, they contain ingredients that interfere with milk supply.

I feel rubbish and have my 4 month old ds to contend with. HELP. Is there anything else I can safely take?

This sheet talks about breastfeeding and cough and cold remedies.

If your supply is relatively solid (i.e. you've been bfing exclusively for 4 months, and feel it's going well) I wouldn't fret about an antihistamine.

Oh, and you'll get faster/better advice on this sort of issue in the Breast and Bottle Feeding area.
