This sounds really stupid but I keep getting a tingling sensation on my head as if I can feel all my hair strands (iykwim). I sometimes get a bit of tingling in my back too which I'm getting a bit worried about can anyone help me?

Does it feel sore too LM? If so it could be shingles.. DH recently has this sensation on half of his scalp. The GP said it was shingles and would soon develop into a rash. But it didn't. On the net it says that you can have shingles without a rash but I don't think this is what DH had. When he had a routine visit to his rheumatology nurse, he discussed it with her and she thinks it is much more likely that it was stress causing it. (It's quite a common-ish stress symptom.. are you unusally stressed? DH and I were/are)

Other than that.. it is also a 'symptom' of spiritual awakening! (Especially the 'hair strand' feeling!)

Thanks for your comments CJ its not sore though just tingly and it isn't all the time it just comes and goes. I don't think I'm too stressed but am feeling tired as I've got a 9 month old baby and I am worrying about going back to work soon, so maybe it is stress related! Don't know about spiritual awakening what is it? I am a bit thick!!
