Pelvic floor regression. Why???????

Had ds2 6 weeks ago, have been exercising pelvic floor pretty regularly(when I remember) and I've been pretty pleased with the results.

However, today I have a bit of a cough, and am back to day one.

Besides coughing, I got into the bath, peed uncontrollably, laughed a little bit, equal amount of pee came out, and after going to the toilet it seems I'm just not finished.

I was virtually ok yesterday! Besides the cough, why would this happen? I'm not ready for tenas.

Sorry. Did you say you had a baby 6 weeks ago?!
Come back and see me if you're still having these problems in 6 months/years and then worry about it.
Until then - welcome to our world - and just keep doing the exercises.
Is your stomach totally flat after 6 weeks of the occasional sit up? I think not.
P.S. Congrats on DS2 xx

Thanks Jambo. I can live with the indignity, it's the eau de wee that gets me down.

What are these 'sit ups' you speak of?
