Yes, they start off looking like red raised bumps, then they multiply and form little white heads which pop and scab. yuk. My two have just had it.

Yes, one after the other. I couldn't leave the house for two and half weeks whilst they were infectious. aaaaggghhhh. At least kids only get it once and it is good to get it out of the way!

I tried calamine lotion to stop the itching and aloe vera gel.

Until they all scab over which usually takes 5 to 7 days. Hope you have got some good ideas for entertaining him! Some mums like their kids to get chicken pox so invite them round.
