Coldsores

I heard once about some kind of supplement/vitamin or something, poss begins with and L, that is supposed to help keep coldsores at bay. Does anyone know what it might be? thanks

it seemed to for me, had less breakouts when i was expecting them (stressed etc)

you can get them from Holland and Barratts i think. Give it a try and see :)

Or there is Liquorish Balm, my mate swears by it. You have to order it online though.
