If I am only getting my head scanned will only that part go in the scanner or will my whole body still have to go in. Im a wee bit claustrophobic

Just your head. The scan person will be able to hear you and if you need to stop you can just say the word. It won't take very long either

A CT scan is vv quick, and the scanner is so narrow you aren't in it really

CT scanner is like a dough-nut on its side - not like an MRI scanner, which is more like a long cylinder. You should be fine.
