What should we expect at the first meeting? Ridiculously I feel scared - although we've waited ages for it!

Do you mind if I ask the reason you are going for genetic counselling?

My dh and I had to attend genetic counselling prior to my dd's birth about 5 years ago - maybe I could help (a little)

We've had it, have you any questions, as they will take them and give them to the geneticist to answer at a future consultation of if you;re lucky on the day.
We've had extensive counselling due to dds condition (Noonan Syndrome) so might be able to help as well...

Thanks both of you. The reason we are going is because both our children were born with unusal but potentially linked problems and we want to explore if there is a definate link and see if this affects our decision to try for a thrid child.
