Dull ache in chest

Anyone know what I mean?

I get this heavy, dull ache sort of at the top of my chest and into my neck. I feel like I need to keep stretching my neck to "relieve" it and take a deep breath.

Stress?

About to drop dead?

Joking aside....it's not about exercise cause I can have it in bed or when just slouched watching TV.

Just feels like someone's sitting on my chest!!

Nah.... quite fit actually. I'm the only one in our house who hasn't had a cough or cold this winter.

Will go to GP, I guess.

Thanks for replying.

Went to see Doc. Says I'm stressed. Which I am. He asked if I felt depressed. "No, not at all.........just heartbroken really, for my disabled son and his future".

Not much he could do with that.

I'm having a cholesterol test in a month's time which was the earliest appointment with the surgery nurse.

Good ol' NHS!
