Pelvic floor is shot to buggery, (technical term) anyone used those little gadgets to help?

I'm hoping that someone here has used one of those little vaginal gadgets for tightening the pelvic floor?

I struggle massively to do kegel exercises due to severe SPD and the subsequent damage done from having that, and a very difficult labour.

I want to know if it's worth investing in something like this?

And I'd like to not wee when I sneeze anymore too! Blush

I tried them but gave up. The best thing I did was to see a physiotherapist who specialised in the pelvic floor. your GP can refer.

Ah, thanks. My physio is a lady who does 'women's bits' too.

I'll ask.
