Cradle Cap

Hiya
My 4m DD has lots of lovely hair although some of it is starting to go at the sides (gutted!). She has cradle cap but as the hair covers it and I've read it is not harmful, I've not used anything on it. Do you think I should try something to help it clear up? It is starting to look quite, er, crusty (bleurgh) underneath all that hair!
Thanks,
Clare

oil (baby or olive or even vegetable) rubbed in and left overnight, then washed out in the morning.

I was going to suggest baby or olive oil too. You may need to use a soft brush to get rid of the crustiness when you wash the oil out.

Ditto olive/baby oil - my DS had it really badly and although he had quite a lot of hair,it was almost white so you could see it.

I used a baby toothbrush to gently brush it out, got rid of the lot in 1 week!

olive oil or aqueous cream and I used a very dryand slightly rough flannel - dd giggled when I rubbed her head with the flannel!
