That's it really. Just taken my bra off and in one cup there's a few drops of dried blood. No soreness or sign of dry skin or a cut.

I'm taking the progesterone-only pill (have been for ages) and have been under a lot of stress recently. I've very recently left the UK and moved abroad (so it's my bedtime now) and it's been a very, very busy few weeks and a lot of emotional upheaval.

Is it likely that the stress, change in time zone etc could have caused it? Guess I'll have to register with a doctor in the next day or two and get it checked?

No other symptoms or lumps etc. But really grateful for any advice or similar experiences. Thank you.

My mother had the same thing last year. It turned out to be a sort of wart thing on one of her milk ducts which apparently shrivels up and disappears within 6 weeks. Definitely go and see the doctor though. Could also be a cyst we were told.

Thanks. Was it just a few drops of blood?

She found little spots of dried blood on her bra or nightdress. It lasted, in all about 6 weeks and then tailed off but it wasn't every day, it was one or two spots every few days. She also had no other symptoms, no lumps or anything.

Hope this helps. It's more than likely to be nothing so I hope you're not worrying there (although we did Wink
