Help - really sore, burning, lumpy breasts

I'm 34 and for the past couple of months have suffered with really sore, very lumpy boobs starting about 10 - 11 days before my period. I know sore breasts aren't uncommon, but I just wondered why I would suddently start suffering this? They feel like they are almost burning and the pain on each side from underneath my armpit is awful. I am not particuarly big breasted (!) but they do seem a bit bigger. Has anyone else suddenly experienced this and what do you do for the pain?

If it's related to your cycle, then I'd guess it's hormonal, but still go to the GP to see what they say. The advice is to always go with any breast changes and anyway it sounds like you're suffering, so go and see what they can do to help.

Ive also been having this same problem I was going to see my gp but no appointments straight away, Ive put mine down to changing my mini pill last month starting to feel abit better now though. :)
