Well mine's really sore, and has been for a few weeks, on and off. Also the tip of my tongue sometimes feels as if it's been burned. Have googled, but just wondering if anyone else has had anything similar? Thanks.

It's called your tongue tie I think, my DS had his cut as he was 'tongued tied'.

Have you eaten anything new or spicy? Are you run down? Lack of vitamin C?

Have you been poorly lately?

The mouth is very good at displaying symptoms of other things IYSWIM.

Maybe worth a visit to the GP or having a look on the new Boots Webmedic (I think it's that) website?
