Not sure if swine flu or not but something ishappening. Really sore throat and aching all over.

I have a 6mold and a 4 year old - really don't want to pass it on to them but how can I avoid it? I am BFing baby - don't know if that's a good thing or not.....

Help!

Keep BFing that baby! It offers good protection because it supports their immune system and is such an excellent source of nutrition. Otherwise lots of handwashing on everyone's part and general good hygiene. Hope you feel better soon.

gfing is excellent. dd was a few weeks old when we all got flu in the '99-00 outbreak. The gp told us that the absolute best thing was bfing and although dd got a temp of 101 she was no where near proper poorly.

In the mean time, while you can, set things up to be as easy as you can for yourself. Make sure that you have plenty of juice and paracetamol in the house.
