PMT - any easy cures?

I wouldn't say I suffered this severely but every month I get that sinking feeling about 5 days before I'm due. Feels like I've been crying for ages, really lethargic and have to force myself to do stuff. I know there are others who suffer much worse symptoms than this so I shouldn't really moan. But every month I have this low days when it all seems too much like hard work and then it dawns on me what it is. This in itself makes me feel a bit better cos I know it will pass but is there anuthing could I do to prevent it in the first place?

You could try Oil of Evening Primrose, Vitamin B6 and Starflower oil - they are all meant to be good for PMT, but they all take a few weeks to start to work.

have you tried Fish Oils? They have made me feel better. Also I now take Floravital - a tonic which is fantastic (especially if you have heavy periods because it has iron in).

I tried the evening primrose and starflower but I didn't see any improvement. But different things work for different people so it might be a case of trying a few different things and giving them each a few months to see what happens.
