dd1 just started full time school (4 1/2yrs old) - been vomiting every couple of days for past two week (one day sick - then no sickness for a few days etc). Last night sick in the night - not at school today - very lethargic, not eating - anyone else in similar situation?
What can I do? Anyone tried pro-biotics to counteract upset stomachs in children (eg Actimel etc)?
