Please recommend me a thermometer

We have a cheapie ear one that is unreliable and it needs to go!
Ideally it would be suitable for all ages and easy to use.

Another for Braun. That's the one they use in Great Ormond Street Hospital too plus at the Welcomme Trust in Southampton and at my GP's. Not wanting to do a full advert for Braun but it does seem like its the favorite among the professionals so why not follow their lead. And no I'm not getting paid to say this!!
