It may yet develop into something worse but its in my head and my sinuses are glued up. My ears are quite painful now. Whats best to do?

compo Hi, I thought I'd wait a week to see how it goes. I've been taking lemsips and a decongestant. Also dug out an old massager with a scalp attachment and thats been quite pleasant to use.
