where can we buy the vaccine?

There is no longer a seperate swine flu shot. It has been included in the seasonal flu vaccination (one of the three strains in it).

If you do not come into one of the groups who get it free on NHS, then you can get it from doctors (on private prescription) and from many pharmacies (including in supermarkets).
