***HELP!*** DD suddenly gone purple

This may sound odd, we are going to a wedding in half an hour and dd's lips have suddnly gone purple. They are usually red. Her cheeks are a bit purple too.

She seems fine, crawling around and v happy.

Should I call a doc?

Call NHS Direct (mind, I'm assuming you're in UK) and see what they say. Otherwise, yes call Doctor. She sounds fine but it's better than worrying about it. Kids and their perfect timing eh?

DD1 had this, it was because its cold.

Aha, she is cold. It is a bit nippy in her room and she just had a nap. Thanks Mieow. Marthamoo will keep an eye on her.

My mum told me that blue-ish/purple lips was a sign of de-hydration in little ones. I've never seen it in either of DS1 or 2 but it could be whats happening to your DD.
