I wet the bed last night!

Have namechanged due to my acute

I have no problems with pelvic floor, was not drunk, no drugs, nothing out of the ordinary, yet last night I WET the bed!!! Not much, not a lot, possibly a small cupful before I realised and stopped myself.

I am just getting over pneumonia/flu, but it has been a couple of weeks since I was bedridden.

Why would this have happened?!

You just fell in a deep sleep maybe?

If it makes you feel any better, I wet the bed on a first night stay over at a boyfriends years ago
I remember I was dreaming that I was sat on the toilet and was having a wee, then I woke up and we were wet!!!!
