just five minutes ago felt it.

i do have loads of swollen glands all over the place ( hideous cold/flu bug) and am a bit run down.

i also have a lump in my left thigh i have been ignoring for a while as a lump in the thigh is no where near as panic making as a lump in the boob.

so.

do i draw a biro mark to remind myself whre it is? and leave it till the end of the week / new year:? or what?

Hopefully you will get the all clear and then you can start on a new health and fitness regime.

I'm glad you have an appointment, try not to panic, it may well be nothing, but if it is you will be on the way to getting it dealt with. Don't freak out if you get referred to the breast clinic, it happens quite often, doesn't mean it's definitely something sinister.

meantime, keep yourself occupied so you don't over think things, don't poke and prod - you'll have a better idea of if and how it hurts if you leave it alone. And lastly do pop over to the tamoxifen thread if you want some hand holding or a chat - you'll be very welcome
