Tried to google for advice but in too much agony.

Going to stand at fireplace to warm up.

Anyone know anything about it?

bumping for you.

There's a name for it!! I call it 'bosom death' and agree it's agony. Hot water bottle down jumper. Warm 2 tea towels in microwave for a minute and shove down bra. Put electric blanket on and lie face down. Anything to get them warm . A very hot bath is good, but only if available immediately, too sore to wait for one to run. I feel for you and hope it resolves soon.

Poor you. It's horrible, isn't it.

I was told by a bf adviser to take lots of magnesium. Not just one pill but actually up to 1000mg a day. But not all at once because the body can only use 150mg at a time.

1000mg was a bit much for me and I got an upset tummy, so now I am taking 4x150mg a day and all the symptoms have disappeared.

HTH.

Thanks so much for the replies.

DD's latch has improved a bit in the last few days so my nipples aren't so sensitive and I'm not suffering as much.

I am definitely going to try the magnesium Trudyla

I love the teatowels idea don'tforget and I have 2 on standby now in case it happens again.

As soon as I get to a shop I am going to look for one of those little things you can heat in the microwave.

Thanks again.
