Mooncup question. Pelvic floor issues?

I do love my mooncup. Some days it is brilliant. Other days it just keeps poking out. I have completely removed the stalk, and filed the end. It is a round, smooth bowl. But I still get irritated and a bit raw when it is forever working its way down a bit too low and almost protruding. I have to go to the ladies and shove it back up and it's fine again.

I wish it were shorter.

Do I need to work on my pelvic floor muscles? How dreadful if that's the problem. Blush

Anyone?

Why not try contacting mooncup?

Also - have you got the right size? There is one for young ladies (not me!), and another form anyone over 30 &/or had a vaginal birth, which is more generous to allow for weaker pelvic floor muscles.

Doing some pelvic floor exercises can't hurt though...
