One of my friend's at work went home last time she had her period because she was on so heavy that she was rushing to the toilet every half hour so wasn't actually getting much work done!

Kayleigh · 29/09/2005 14:02

On a more serious note is it pains or moods keeping you at home? - it might be worth seeing your doc next month if they continue to be worse than you are used to, there might be something they can do for you.

lucy5 · 29/09/2005 14:15

its moods, im either really angry or rally depressed or both. Today I woke up crying

I can completely sympathise with you (as could my bro when both me and mum lived at home!). If your PMT does continue to worsen each month though I would still get some medical advice.

Ive been before and the best thing I took was magnesium and vit b6. Ive tried most things but nothing lasts. Also im in Spain so a bit of language difficulty, im worried they might section me,hahahaha!

Aah, dh has just come home from work with oodles of chocolate and coca cola and the news that he has taken the day off tommorrow! Bless him, he must have known how close he was to getting a mouthful for doing absolutely nothing. DD has gone to bed early, so not a bad end to a truly horrible day
