Since last night after I've been for a wee it feels like I need to go again immediately. I don't get any relief from weeing, my bladder feels full. It doesn't burn when I wee but my lower back feels achey and I feel under the weather generally. Any advice?

Just been to the loo and there was blood in my urine (sorry tmi!). I'm freaked out by that! Has that happened to anyone? What was the cause of it?

Top tip to help avoid cystitus in the future. After sex always try to do a wee. Doestn't matter if it is just a few drops.

It flushes out germs from the urethra and may stop the problem starting.
