jabs and calpol

hi my ds has just had his 2nd jabs this morning and the nurse told me to give him some calpol even if he seems fine. i told her he was ok after the 1st ones but she insisted i gave him some. he is fast asleep and he was fine as soon as we got to the car and i dont want to give him any if he is ok.
is it advisable to give him some or not?

I didnt give my DS calpol straight away, see how he is later. Maybe give him some this afternoon or before bed to settle him - if you need to.

thanks, its just that my mum said if you give them calpol when they are young they will build up an immunity to it, i dont know if this is true or not?

not heard of that but I would give him some at bedtime personally. just to make sure he went through the night OK.
