Just randomly threw up

Ate some quiche and felt sick during the last mouthfull .
The rushed to loo and threw up for about 5 mins.
This was about 30 mins ago and I feel fine and I did before the whole episode.
What is going on? I am not PG BTW.

That's very strange. Can't imagine what could have caused that.

I did that after a mint tea last week.

There are all sorts of bugs going around.

Both my DC have had them recently (some time apart so probably different bugs).

DS woke up about an hour after he went to bed,was sick twice and then right as rain afterwards. No warning or feeling ill beforehand.

Hopefully that will be the first and last time you are sick

my boyfriend and i felt sick l;ast night for no reason. went to bed feeling really queasy and it lasted for about 4 hours. thankfully ok today
