Am thoroughly sick of it. I've got a constant bad taste and gagging feeling at the back of my throat, and every so often manage to cough up a nice brown thick lump of the stuff. I've had a cough and sore throat for weeks, now getting better apart from this.
Have tried otc decongestants and steam, are there any herbal remedies that could help?
