An allen carr book, chewing gum, refreshers, edible bracelet, dairy milk chocolate, wine gums, a magazine, lovely pamper things including a face mask, eye mask and cream. What a star! I have to give up now, dit had been so kind.

You are too quick, ive missed you again. Allen did say that you would feel more energetic once you had kicked the evil weed. A few more days and i'll be able to catch you. Well there are cheap flights from everywhere in London. You might have to bring a gas mask though, they even smoke in the bank!

Really, omg! They are trying to ban it here but it will never work as the Spanish are very choosy about which laws they follow and which ones they dont.
