Thrush in Men

Sorry but has anyone had experience in this? I have had thrush in the past few weeks and I am wondering whether I have passed it on to my DH. Sorry about TMI but he has become terribly dry down there with very dry flaky skin the end and the shaft area. It doesn't bother him in fact he didn't notice it but I was wondering whether this is a symptom of thrush in a man??

It could well be. I've given my DH thrush in the past, and its left him flaky and sore. I find the easiest way to treat is if we both take a tablet at the same time.

If you don't treat him at the same time as you treat yourself, you risk his reinfecting you...

Yes, we poor chaps suffer from it too! My wonderful wife and I know all about it.

But, think about using a natural lubricant. We use one. The shop variety we found irritating;

There is a natural cure - Thrush oil from www.home-cures.net.

It's very easy to pass thrush back and forth. Use condoms for a couple of weeks til both of you are clear, wash with teatree oil or salty water everyday and use Canesten cream. NB He needs to understand he has to keep with the program or he will just give it back to you again (my DH was not so helpfulAngry).
