Does anyone else get bumpy skin after illnesses??

Weird little patches of bumps on my elbows, have had them before on my hands. They are itchy and quite unsightly.

Had a cold about two weeks ago.

Doesn't anyone get this? Are there no GP's out there?

If the patches are pinky red then it could be eczema, you're not a freak . I used to get it if I had tomatoes or oranges. Shea butter with t tree oil would help a lot.

Also olive oil is very good. Google earth clinic for more natural remedies.
