I was referred because of incontenance following birth Blush to physio well I have had my first session and now the muscles there are burning and acheing. Gonna put something on it which would be better hot or cold?

In this weather I know which I would prefer. I dont think it matters really as long as it helps.

Xmas Grin thanks, I actually went for a ice pack thought of something hot when the area was burning was unbearable Xmas Smile I was worried it was a bad idea though but it stopped it hurting so I guess it was okay Xmas Grin
