My DD is 16mths old and ever since she started teething with her molars last month, she's reluctant to eat anything!

She eats her porridge and banana for breakfast, but after that it's a struggle to get her to eat anything but the odd yogurt. Any suggestions?

ahhh, molars really hurt, could you make all her food extra smushy for a while?

Agree wityh colditz - lots of mushy food that she doesn't have to work too hard at. Maybe you could make her some ice-lollies with fruit and yoghurt in as well, nice and soothing on the gums but with a few calories in as well.

cold food is better too, the cold sooths the gums - lots of yoghurt, fruit and custard etc. Soup with bread dunked in maybe - doesn't need much chewing?

Sadly, mushy or not, she still refuses!

Will try to push more cold food her way though...thanks for the advice everyone.

Wish me luck!
